Refund Policy

Because Graphic Hut Store sells digital products, all purchases are final.
However, certain exceptions apply.

  1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital downloads already delivered
  • Wrong product purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of understanding of product usage

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  1. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • The file is corrupt and we are unable to fix it
  • You did not receive access to the product despite successful payment

Refund decisions remain solely at our discretion.

  1. Wrong or Failed Transactions

If payment is debited but order not received:

  • Contact us with screenshot + transaction ID
  • We will verify with the payment gateway
  • Access will be provided OR refund issued if necessary
