Because Graphic Hut Store sells digital products, all purchases are final.
However, certain exceptions apply.
- No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Digital downloads already delivered
- Wrong product purchase
- Change of mind
- Lack of understanding of product usage
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may be issued only when:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The file is corrupt and we are unable to fix it
- You did not receive access to the product despite successful payment
Refund decisions remain solely at our discretion.
- Wrong or Failed Transactions
If payment is debited but order not received:
- Contact us with screenshot + transaction ID
- We will verify with the payment gateway
- Access will be provided OR refund issued if necessary
